Celebrating a birthday, anniversary or graduation? Why not celebrate your event at the Hillside Aquatic Swim Club by using our spacious pavilion through our Picnic Pavilion Rental Program as described below. Our covered pavilion offers you
large sized picnic tables along with electric service and gas grill rental. Rental fees are very reasonable for everyone. It's easy to rent our picnic pavilion. just check our calendar to see if the day and time is available and then click on the button below, complete the rental form. We will then reserve your spot! |

YOU MUST BE A MEMBER OF HILLSIDE TO RENT THE PAVILION
FULL PAVILION RENTAL ONLY $50.00 + $5.00 per guest.
A guest is defined as a non- member attending your event regardless of pool use.
CHOOSE YOUR TIME SLOT
Either 12 noon to 3pm or 4pm to 7pm
(sorry, no personal outside grills and/or propane tanks permitted)
Please make any outside guests aware the rules at Hillside for safety in the pool area.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed. Any persons who are drinking or appear intoxicated will be asked to leave.

Members guest fees are only $5.00 per person which includes use of our swimming pool and all the Hillside Aquatic amenities.
To reserve a date for your party, fill out the pavilion rental form above. Requests are time stamped and will be given on a first come first served basis. Rentals may be subject to cancelation to do inclement weather.
